He doesn’t need to prove it. He never did.

The Lion is the spirit guide of sovereign self-knowledge — not power over others, but absolute clarity about who you are and what you are here for. Across Egyptian, African, and Vedic traditions he is the emblem of divine authority, of a confidence so complete it requires no performance. He does not dominate. He simply is, and the world arranges itself accordingly.

In this painting he gazes out from a landscape of mountains and cosmic light, sacred geometry mapping the sky behind him. A waterfall moves in the deep blue distance. He is entirely still. The teal of his eyes holds something ancient and unhurried — the look of a being who has never once questioned his place in the order of things.

Below, a genuine metal zipper creates the illusion of the world peeling back — frozen at the moment of reveal — deep purple built up in layers beneath the seam, gold foil tracing wave-like lines through the texture, the world you know giving way to reveal what has always been sovereign beneath it.

Gallery canvas, 1.5” deep, sold unframed. No frame required — deep canvases are designed to hang as they are, though framing is always an option if you prefer. Ships with pre-installed D-rings, heavy-duty picture wire, and wall hook — ready to hang on arrival.

Every original ships hand-signed by the artist and includes a proof of purchase.

Each painting is varnished to order. Please allow 7–10 days for shipping. Contact me for expedited requests.
