Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Original Artwork — Processing Note
Original artworks may require additional processing time beyond the standard window. Please check the product description carefully, as some pieces may need to complete a varnishing or paint curing process before they are safe to ship — this will be clearly noted on the listing.
If you have a deadline or need to discuss a rush option, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS for standard parcels. Larger shipments or oversized originals that exceed flat mailer dimensions are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times do not include processing time.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS for standard parcels, and via UPS, FedEx, or DHL for larger or oversized shipments.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days for standard international shipping.
Please note:
∙ International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
∙ We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
∙ We ship to all countries where we are legally permitted to do so. Certain destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or legal requirements.
Artwork Packaging
All artwork is packaged with care to ensure safe transit:
∙ Fine art prints up to flat mailer dimensions are shipped flat in rigid mailers with backing board and glassine sleeve protection
∙ Larger prints that exceed flat mailer dimensions may be shipped rolled in a protective tube
∙ Original artworks are packaged with appropriate protective materials suited to the size and medium of the piece
∙ Large original may be shipped rolled or via specialist courier depending on dimensions
Third-Party Printed Products
Some products in our store are fulfilled by third-party printing companies. These orders are shipped directly from the supplier and are subject to the shipping timeframes and terms of that supplier. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant product listing. For any issues with third-party fulfilled orders, please contact us and we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. No shipping charges apply. Delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation, though in some cases may take up to 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download link.
Subscriptions
Postcard subscription parcels are dispatched on a monthly schedule. Your first dispatch will occur within the processing window following your subscription activation, with subsequent parcels shipping on the same monthly cycle.
∙ Contiguous US states: Domestic shipping is included in your subscription price
∙ Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations: A shipping surcharge equivalent to the current USPS letter rate for your destination will be applied at checkout
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through your account on our store.

∙ Report lost or damaged orders within 7 days of the expected delivery date
∙ Photograph any damage to the item and packaging before contacting us
∙ Email us with your order number and photos
