He is not charging. He is arriving.

There is a difference. The Rhino moves because he chooses to — elemental, kinetic, wearing armour he chose and never needed to justify. The gold foil horn blazes. The armour carries blue crystal light. And trailing in his wake, impossibly, monarch butterflies — transcending freely between the cosmic realm and the earthly world below, untroubled by the force field of his presence. Even the most ancient power makes room for the most delicate transformation.

Behind him, electric blue-white fire and stardust. The butterflies cross the threshold like it was never there. The entire surface, from layered acrylic and spray paint through to the foil and glass, is finished in oil.

This is the largest canvas in the opening Unzipped collection. It carries the weight a 24×36" painting should — monumental, charged, the kind of work that changes the energy of a room.

Below, a genuine metal zipper creates the illusion of the world peeling back — frozen at the moment of reveal — black glass, cracked earth, and layers of texture and circuitry built beneath the seam, the technological world you inhabit giving way to reveal what moves above it.
