The Giraffe has always lived in the upper atmosphere of things — part ground, part sky, built for perspectives the rest of the animal kingdom cannot reach. She doesn't seek hidden knowledge. She simply operates from higher ground than everyone else, and from up there, the path is always clear.

In this painting she emerges from the cosmic field with quiet authority, surrounded by cascading matrix code: characters in cyan and teal raining through a nebula of deep blue and gold. She is not deciphering it. She is above it.

The gold-foiled ossicones rise like antennae tuned to frequencies the rest of us cannot receive — catching transmissions from the field, reading the sky the way others read a room.

Below, a genuine metal zipper creates the illusion of the world peeling back — frozen at the moment of reveal — deep saturated blue, chunky mica, and cracked texture built up in layers beneath the seam, the world you know giving way to reveal what she rose above long ago.
